Acquire Group Homes

Acquire Referral Command Center™ — Beta

Your referral network
is a pipeline,
not a list.

Operators do not lose houses because they could not find referral organisations. They lose them because nobody followed up on day four, and nobody could remember what was promised in the meeting.

Beta. The interface shown below is a working preview of the pipeline structure. It is not connected to your data, because there is no data to connect yet.

Six stages

Every organisation is at exactly one stage.

The value is not in the stages. It is in the rule that nothing sits at a stage for longer than its window without being flagged.

In Conversation

A real human has engaged and described what they place, what standards they require and what their process looks like.

Dashboard

Six numbers that tell you whether the pipeline is working.

If you cannot answer these six from memory right now, the pipeline is in your head — and heads lose things.

01

Organisations by stage

How many sit at each of the six stages right now.

02

Days since last contact

Anything past its follow-up window is flagged, not buried.

03

Expected placements in 90 days

Your own estimate per organisation — stated, not assumed.

04

Beds needed against beds available

Whether the pipeline is producing enough to fill the house.

05

Documentation requested

What each organisation asked for, and whether you have provided it.

06

Time from first contact to first placement

The honest number, once there is one. It is usually longer than operators expect.

This dashboard is not connected to anything. There is no shared account, no synced database and no stored submission history behind this page. We are not going to display numbers we cannot source — a dashboard that invents its own data is worse than a spreadsheet you maintain yourself.

What beta means here

Structure is built. Data is not connected.

The pipeline model, the stage definitions and the metric set are designed and published. What is missing is the connection layer — and we would rather ship the structure with an honest label than a dashboard full of numbers we made up.

Designed and published

Pipeline stages, entry criteria, metric definitions, follow-up windows.

Interfaces previewable

The pipeline view and dashboard layout shown on this page.

Works alongside the 16 machines

Each machine in the Triangle Referral Machine™ maps to pipeline entries.

Live data connection

Not built. Requires accounts and a data store the platform does not yet host.

Automatic follow-up reminders

Not built. The follow-up windows are published; the notification is not.

Integration with existing CRM

Not built. No integrations exist yet.

Early access

Tell us what you track today.

We are building this against real operator workflows. If you already run a referral pipeline — in a spreadsheet, in a notebook, or in your head — we want to know what it actually looks like.

Tell us how many organisations you work with, how you currently track them, and what breaks first. Do not include any resident information, case details or personal data about anyone you house.
