Raleigh Housing Intelligence™

One email a month. The Raleigh market, before it is public.

Market movement, regulatory change and referral-ecosystem shifts across Wake and the Triangle — written for operators, property owners and the professionals who place residents.

One email per month. No sequence, no sales list, no sharing subscriber details with third parties.

What arrives

Four sections, every month.

Short, specific and sourced. A briefing that pads itself out is one nobody reads.

Market movement

What changed in the Triangle this month that affects housing operators — inventory, rents, and where the pressure is building.

Regulatory watch

Zoning, licensing and code activity across Wake and the surrounding counties, reported as it happens rather than as it lands.

House economics

Cost-stack movement — what is happening to the inputs that decide whether a house works: utilities, insurance, labour, debt.

Research first

Report findings reach the list before they are published anywhere else. That is the entire advantage of subscribing.

Subscribe to the briefing.

Tell us which one you are and what is most useful, and the briefing arrives tuned to that rather than generic.

Questions

Straight answers.

How often does it arrive?+
Monthly, at the start of the month. Nothing else is sent in between — no automated sequence, no launch funnel, no follow-up campaign. If there is nothing worth reporting in a given month, that is a reason to send something shorter, not a reason to send filler.
Is this a sales list?+
No. It is a market briefing, and it is read by people who will never buy anything from this platform — reporters, caseworkers, planners, property owners. Those readers are the reason it is worth writing. Educational products are mentioned where they are genuinely relevant to something in that month's briefing, and nowhere else.
Do you sell or share the list?+
No. Subscriber details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties, and the list is not pooled with partner audiences. If a partner syndicates a report, they publish the report — they do not receive the subscriber list behind it.
I'm a journalist. Is this the right list?+
It is useful, but the journalist desk is faster. Reporters and editors who register there are contacted directly when something newsworthy lands, including before publication where an embargo applies.
