Partner distribution
Housing intelligence is only usefulif it reaches the people who act on it.
Acquire Group Homes™ publishes research, data and operator education. We partner with organisations that hold the data, serve the audience, or work with the people this housing exists for — so that the material travels further than one website can carry it.
Acquire Group Homes™ provides education, consulting and business systems. We do not place residents, do not provide legal, tax, licensing or clinical advice, and do not pay or receive compensation for referrals or placements.
There are no partner logos on this page. There is nothing to show yet.
A page like this usually opens with a wall of organisational logos, several of which turn out to be aspirational. We are building the partner network now, and when an organisation has agreed to a partnership, it will be named here. Until then the space stays empty — because a logo wall that misleads a reader about who stands behind this work is worse than no logo wall.
Four kinds of partnership
Each one exchanges something specific.
A partnership where both sides are vague about what they are giving is not a partnership. These are the four shapes, and what each one actually involves.
Research & data partners
Organisations holding housing data we do not — county agencies, housing authorities, research centres and trade bodies. We publish research with stated methodology; you supply the dataset or the subject-matter review.
What you get
Co-published research with your organisation credited as a named source, plus early access to the findings.
What we ask
Data access, methodology review, or a subject-matter expert willing to be named.
Distribution partners
Organisations with an audience that needs housing intelligence — operator networks, professional associations, community organisations and trade publications.
What you get
Research, briefings and original data your audience cannot get elsewhere, provided without charge.
What we ask
Distribution of our published material to your list, credited and unaltered.
Media & content partners
Podcasts, publications, newsletters and broadcasters covering housing, real estate, recovery or reentry.
What you get
A prepared, sourced, deadline-reliable source — plus charts, definitions and background.
What we ask
An interview or a co-produced piece on a topic inside our stated commentary scope.
Referral & community partners
Organisations that place people into housing, or serve people who need it — reentry councils, treatment providers, case-management teams, veterans organisations and family services.
What you get
Education on how placement pipelines work, what operators screen for, and how to evaluate a housing provider.
What we ask
A named relationship so that housing questions reaching your team have somewhere useful to go.
Where the line sits
What a partnership here does and does not mean.
Written down because the failure mode in this sector is a partnership that quietly becomes a referral arrangement, a sponsored finding, or an implied endorsement.
What we will do
- Publish research with its method, sources and limitations attached
- Provide commentary inside a defined scope, and decline outside it
- Credit every partner organisation by name in the material we publish
- Give distribution partners original material rather than repackaged marketing
- Tell you plainly when something is outside what we can speak to
- Correct anything we publish that turns out to be wrong, in the open
What we will not do
- Pay for referrals, placements or introductions of any kind
- Ask a partner to place a resident with a specific operator
- Publish sponsored content dressed as earned coverage or research
- Share a partner's contact list, data or audience with anyone else
- Make licensing, legal or clinical determinations on a partner's behalf
- Present a partnership as an endorsement of a partner's services
- Ask anyone to state that a housing model is lawful in a jurisdiction
The test we apply. If a partnership would make a reader less able to tell our independent work from someone's marketing, we decline it. That single question settles most of the cases that come up.
Partnership enquiry
Tell us what you have and what you need.
The useful detail is your audience or dataset, and what you would want the partnership to produce. A short, specific message beats a long, general one.
Not sure which shape fits? Say so and describe what you are trying to accomplish. Working out the right structure is part of the conversation.
Placing people into housing? The referral partner page is the more direct route.
